Refund policy

Most of my gifts are one of a kind, so please message me within 7 days of pickup or delivery if something isn't right. If a gift arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, I'll make it right with a replacement, store credit or a refund. Food and drink items, personalized gifts and "Tell Me About Them" custom orders can't be returned. Unused, non-food items can be returned within 14 days for store credit.
